Revocation of appointment and resignation

Section 17
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may at any time revoke the appointment of any member of the Council without assigning any reason for the revocation.
(2)
A member of the Council may at any time resign his office by giving notice in writing to that effect to the Minister.
