Section 25

All contracts, deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments and working arrangements subsisting immediately before the appointed day to which the

Government is a party and relating to the assets and liabilities transferred under section 22(1), or the employees transferred under section 23, shall continue in force on or after that date and shall be enforceable by or against the Authority as if the Authority had been named therein or had been a party thereto instead of the Government.

Any proceedings or cause of action relating to the assets and liabilities transferred to the Authority under section 22(1) or to any employee transferred to the service of the Authority under section 23 pending or existing immediately before the appointed day by or against the Government or any person acting on its behalf may be continued and shall be enforced by or against the Authority.
