Section 15 — Brunei Darussalam Food Authority Act

(a)

such moneys as may be allocated from the Consolidated Fund;

(b)

all moneys paid to the Authority by way of grants, subsidies, donations, gifts and contributions for the purposes of the Authority;

(c)

all moneys paid to, and all other moneys and property lawfully received by, the Authority for the purposes of the Authority;

(d)

all fees and charges payable to the Authority under this Act or any other written law administered by the Authority;

(e)

all moneys, dividends, royalties, interest or income received from any transaction made pursuant to the powers of the Authority under this Act or any other written law administered by the Authority;

(f)

all moneys borrowed by the Authority under this Act; and

(g)

all accumulations of income derived from any property or money mentioned in paragraphs (b) to (f).
