Section 5
(1)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan shall appoint a fit and proper person to be the Director of Broadcasting under and for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Director of Broadcasting shall be responsible to the Minister for the proper administration of this Act in accordance with the policy laid down by the Minister.
(3)
The office of Director of Broadcasting shall be a public office.
