Section 32
(1)
If the Minister considers that the quality or content of any foreign broadcasting service is unacceptable and that the service should be the subject of an order under this section, he may make an order proscribing that foreign broadcasting service for the purposes of section 33.
(2)
The Minister shall not consider a foreign broadcasting service to be unacceptable for the purposes of subsection (1) unless he is satisfied that the content of that service included any matter which was against the public interest or national harmony or which offended against good taste or decency.
