Section 21

Programmes required under section 20 or pursuant to a condition attached to a broadcasting licence to be broadcast by a broadcasting licensee shall be broadcast without charge or with such subsidy as may be provided in the licence.

A broadcasting licensee shall, on the written request of the

Minister and on receipt of reasonable notice, make available to him without charge such part of the broadcasting apparatus as the Minister may specify in writing for the purpose of broadcasting programmes required to be broadcast under section 20 or pursuant to a condition attached to the licence.
