Section 137

If any creditor, or any person claiming to be a creditor, in any bankruptcy proceedings, wilfully and with intent to defraud makes any false claim, or any proof, declaration or statement of account which is untrue in any material particular, he is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to imprisonment for 2 years.
