Preamble

In exercise of the power conferred by subsection (1) of section 91 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister of Communications hereby authorises the following police officers to compound any offences contained in the First Schedule to the Road Traffic (Compounding of Offences) Rules, 1967 (S 57/67) - the Head of Traffic Investigation and Control ; the Deputy Head of Investigation and Traffic Department ; any Officer Commanding a Police District; any Assistant Officer Commanding a Police District. Made this 7th. day of Rabiulakhir, 1425 Hijriah corresponding to the 27th. day of May, 2004. PEHIN ORANG KAYA AMAR PAHLAWAN DATO SERI SETIA HAJI AWANG ZAKARIA BIN DATU MAHAWANGSA HAJI SULAIMAN Minister of Communications, Brunei Darussalam.
