This Order may be cited as the Authority for Info-communications
Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam Order, 2001 and shall commence on a date to be appointed by the Minister, with the approval of His Majesty and Yang
Di-Pertuan, by notifi.cation in the Gazette.

The long title of this Order is "An Order to establish and incorporate the
