Section 3

The Auditor General shall be deemed to be an officer of the public service of Brunei Darussalam, and save as is otherwise provided in the

Constitution and in any subsidiary legislation made thereunder, including this Act, the law for the time being in force relating to the public service of

Brunei Darussalam and to members thereof shall apply to him.
