In this Act, unless the context requires otherwise —

Section 2
“Agreement” means the Agreement establishing the Asian
Development Bank done at Manila on the 4th December 1965, which entered into force on the 22nd August 1966;
“Article” means an Article of the Agreement;
“Bank” means the Asian Development Bank;
“Minister” means the Minister of Finance.
