Enforcement of award

Section 46
(1)
An award made by the arbitral tribunal pursuant to an arbitration agreement may, with leave of the Court, be enforced in the same manner as a judgment or order of the Court to the same effect.
(2)
Where leave of the Court is so granted, judgment may be entered in the terms of the award.
(3)
Notwithstanding section 3, subsection (1) applies to an award irrespective of whether the place of arbitration is Brunei Darussalam or elsewhere.
