Section 34

Where a licence to export any antiquity has been refused on the ground that such antiquity should be acquired on behalf of the Government, or where a historical object is prohibited from being exported under section 31, the Government shall pay to the owner thereof the reasonable compensation for such antiquity and thereupon the said owner shall deliver
