Section 14
(1)
A licence issued under section 13 shall be granted for such period (subject to the provisions of section 15) and subject to such conditions as may be specified therein.
(2)
In addition to any other conditions which may be either prescribed generally or specified in any particular case, every licence granted under section 13 shall be subject to the following conditions —
(a)
the holder of the licence shall take all reasonable measures for the preservation of the antiquities discovered by him;
(b)
the holder of the licence shall carry out his excavations in a scientific manner and to the satisfaction of the Director;
(c)
the holder of the licence shall keep a record of all antiquities discovered in the course of the excavation;
(d)
the holder of the licence shall, within a reasonable time, deposit with the Director such photographs, casts, squeezes or other reproductions of any antiquity apportioned to him in accordance with the provisions of section 6 of this Act as the Director may require;
(e)
the holder of the licence shall furnish such plans and photograph, of his excavations as the Director may require.
