Section 36

In respect of the fines imposed for the contravention of sections 5(1),

5(2), 5(3), 6, 7 and 8 or for an abetment of or conspiracy or attempt to commit such offences, the court may upon the application of the Public

Prosecutor and, if it thinks fit, direct that the whole or any part of such fine be paid as compensation to the trafficked person.
