Section 15
Any person being the owner, occupier, lessee or person in charge of -
(a)
any premises, room or place. knowingly permits a meeting to be held in that premises, room or place; or

any equipment or facility that allows for recording.
conferencing or meetings by means of technology. knowingly permits that equipment or facility to be used, for the purpose of committing an offence against this Act is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $50.000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 10 years or both.
