Section 23
The Authority may disclose any information obtained by them in exercise of their powers under these Regulations (including any document so obtained and any copy or extract made of any document so obtained) to -
(a}
the Commissioner of Police;
(b)
the Director of Internal Security;
(c}
any such ~erson as the Authority deems necessary.
