{a}

uses property, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of committing or facilitating the commission of a terrorist act; or

{b) possesses property intending that it be used or knowing that it will be used, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for the purpose of committing or facilitating the commission of a terrorist act, is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 30 years or both.
