(a}

it is revoked or varied under section 34 or 35;

{b) it ceases to be in force under section 36; or

(c} the property that is the subject of the order is returned to an applicant in accordance with the law or forfeited to the Government.

Application by Attorney General to revoke or vary warrant or order.
