Section 32
Any person who is guilty of an offence under this Part is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $25,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or both and, in the case of a second or subsequent conviction, to a fine not exceeding $50,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or both.
