Section 11
(1)
Upon the conviction of any person under section 10 or section 14 the Court before which the conviction is had may order the convicted person to take, within a time to be fixed by the Court, the measures for failure to take which such conviction was had.
(2)
If any person fails to comply with an order made under subsection (1), he shall be guilty of an offence: Penal-ty, a fine of $50 for every day during which such default continues.
