Section 20

All statutes of general application of England relating to the adoption of children, so far as they are in force in Brunei Darussalam by virtue of section 2 of the Application of Laws Act (Chapter 2), shall cease to apply in

Brunei Darussalam, but without prejudice to anything done thereunder before 26th March 2001, being the date of the commencement of this Act.
