Section 59

Any public accountant, accounting corporation, accounting firm or accounting Limited Liability Partnership aggrieved by any decision made by the Authority under section 57 or 58 may appeal to the Minister within a period of 30 days (or such further period as the Authority may allow on application in any particular case) after the service of the decision of the

Authority on the public accountant, accounting corporation, accounting firm or accounting Limited Liability Partnership, as the case may be.

The decision of the Minister on an appeal under subsection (1)

is final.
