Section 36
(1)
Nothing in this Part shall affect the operation of the Limited
Liability Partnerships Order, 2010 (S 117/2010) in relation to its application to a Limited Liability Partnership that is an accounting Limited Liability
Partnership.
(2)
Such provisions of any written law having effect in relation to public accountants or accounting firms as may be prescribed shall have effect in relation to accounting Limited Liability Partnerships with such prescribed modifications as may be necessary or expedient.
