Opening note
This Act may be cited as the Transfer of the Functions of the Minister of Law Act.
Transfer of functions.
The functions, powers, duties, privileges and benefits of the Minister of Law transferred to or conferred or imposed on him by any written law are hereby transferred to such Minister, or other fit and proper person, as His
Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan may designate from time to time in respect of that particular written law.
