Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Repeal)
Notification, 2021 and shall be deemed to have commenced on 1st January 2017.
Repeal of Notifications 2 . The Notifications set out in the Schedule are hereby repealed.

Declaration under section 3 (Development Control Area): Subdivision
Development Control Area - The whole of the State of Brunei to be a
Development Control Area (S 15311974).
2. Declaration under section 3 (Development Control Area): Muara
Development Control Area (S 4911975).
3. Notice following the declaration of the Main Road Development Control
Areas (S 15611974).
4. Notice following the declaration of the whole of the State of Brunei as a
Subdivision Development Control Area (S 15711 974).
5. Notification of appointment of Competent Authority: Development Control
Authority (Main Roads) in respect of the "Main Road Development Control
Areas" (S 15511974).
