NOTIFICATION OF DECLARATION OF PORT

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Ports Act, the Minister of Communications, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di·Pertuan1 hereby declares the Serasa. Passenger and Vehicle Ferry Terminal to be a port for the purposes of that Act, the limits of which are defined in the Schedule hereto.
