Fund Order, 1975 and shall come into force on the 1st day of
January, 1975.

(Order under Section 83(3))
THE SECURITY AND DEFENCE FUND ORDER, 1975
Opening note
This Order may be cited as the Security and Defence
Fund Order, 1975 and shall come into force on the 1st day of
January, 1975.
There is hereby established a Fund to be called the
Security and Defence Fund (hereinafter referred to as the
Fund).
A sum of Seven Million Dollars shall be credited to the
Fund on the 1st day of January 1975 and on the 1st day of each succeeding year by charge on the Consolidated Fund.
The Mentri Besar may direct that there shall be applied out of any money standing to the credit of the Fund such sums as may be necessary to meet any expenditure incurred for the security and defence of the State other than that for which provision has been made by a Supply Enactment.
The State Financial Officer shall by Warrant under his hand authorise the issue from the Fund of such sums as may be directed by the Mentri Besar to be applied for the purpose specified in paragraph 4 of this Order.
