Notification of appointment of Probation Committee
It is hereby notified for public information that in exercise of the power conferred by section 4 of the Offenders (Probation and Community Service)
Order, 2006, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, with the approval of His 457
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE
Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, has appointed a Probation Committee consisting of the following persons
-
the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports or his representative, as the Chairman;
the Attorney General or his representative ;
the Commissioner of Police or his representative ;
the Director of Community Development;
the Chief Probation Officer;
the Chief Magistrate or his representative ;
the Director of Syariah Affairs or his representative ;
the Director-General of Medical Services or his representative ;
the Director of Schools, Inspectorate or his representative ;
the Vice-Chancellor of University Brunei Darussalam or his representative;
the President of Women's Councilor her representative, with effect from the commencement of that Order.
Dated this 11 tho day of Rabiulawal, 1431 Hijriah corresponding to the 25th.
