(AUTHORISED ORGANISATIONS) REGULATIONS, 2008
Opening note
These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea
(Authorised Organisation) Regulations, 2008.
Authorised organisations.
The organisations specified in the Schedule are hereby authorised for the survey or inspection of Brunei Darussalam ships and the issue of any certificate or endorsement under the Order.
The Director may, with the approval of the Minister, authorise any person to be an authorised organisation under sub-regulation ( 1), subject to such conditions as he may impose.
