Preamble

In exercise of the power conferred by section 2, the Minister of Finance hereby appoints the 1st. day of April, 2006 as the succession date for the purposes of section 3 of the Telecommunication Successor Company Order, 2001. Dated this 4th. day of Safar, 1427 Hijriah corresponding to the 4th. day of March, 2006. 547 HIS MAJESTY THE SULTAN AND YANG DI-PERTUAN MINISTER OF FINANCE, BRUNEI DARUSSALAM.
