UNDER ARTICLE 83(7)

Opening note

Preamble

In exercise of the power conferred by Article 83(8) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, it is hereby notified for public information that the Legislative Council has, pursuant to Article 83(7) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, resolved on 14th. March, 2020 that every Order made under Article 83 of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam and set out in the Schedule hereto, as from the respective dates on which they were made, be passed by the Legislative Council.
