Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Section 3 of the Agricultural Pests and Noxious Plants Enactment, 1962, His Highness the Sultan in Council hereby appoints the following officers of the Department of Agriculture as Inspecting Officers for the purposes of the Enactment:- The Plant Pathologist The Entomologist Made this 23rd day of August, 1973.
