MERCHANT SHIPPING (COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCES) REGULATIONS, 2007
Opening note
These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Compoundable
Offences) Regulations, 2007.
Compoundable offences.
The offences referred to in sections 48, 49(1), 57(5), 61(5). 76(2), 92(4), 94(5),
109(5). 112(2), 113(3) and (4), 114(2). 116(2). 118(2) and 209(2) of the Order may be compounded by the Director in accordance with subsection (2) of section 201 of the Order.
Made this 21st. day of Rabiulawal, 1428 Hijriah corresponding to the 9th. day of April, 2007.
