Citation and commencement
This Notification may be cited as the Maintenance Orders Reciprocal
Enforcement Notification, 2020 and shall commence on the day it is made.
Designation of reciprocating country
The country specified in the Schedule is hereby designated as a reciprocating country for the purposes of the Act as regards maintenance orders generally.
