In exercise of the power conferred by section 17 of the Offenders (Probation and Community Service) Order, 2006, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, hereby declares the following places to be approved institutions -
