Opening note
These Rules may be cited as the Companies [Composition of Offences)
Rules, 2019.
Compoundable offences
The following offences may be compounded by the Registrar in accordance with section 316A[l) -
any offence under the Act that is punishable only by a fine or a fine and a default penalty;
any offence under any subsidiary legislation made under the Act that is punishable only by a fine or a fine and a default penalty .
Made this 4th. day of Safar, 1441 Hijriah corresponding to the 3rd. day of
October, 2019.
