Notification of appointment of Chief Probation Officer

It is hereby notified for public information that in exercise of the power conferred by section 3(1) of the Offenders (Probation and Community Service)

Order, 2006, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, with the approval of His

Majesty the

Sultan and

Yang

Di-Pertuan, has appointed the

Community

Development Officer of the

Probation and Community

Service Unit of the

Department of Community Development to be the Chief Probation Officer for the purposes of that Order with effect from the commencement of that Order.
