In exercise of the power conferred by Article 41(1.) of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam, His Majesty the Sultan dan Yang Di-Pertuan hereby certifies that there is a case of urgency in respect of the Supply [2016/2017) Bill, 2016. Dated this 20th. day of Jamadilawal, 1437 Hijriah corresponding to the 29th. day of February, 2016 at Our Istana Nurul Iman, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei Darussalam.
