Citation and commencement
These By-Laws may be cited as the Belait Municipal Board (Standing Orders)
(Repeal) By-Laws, 2018 and shall commence on the same date as the Kuala Belait and Seria Municipal Board (Standing Orders) By-Laws, 2014 (S 6812014).
Repeal of S 9711961
The Belait Municipal Board (Standing Orders) By-Laws, 1961 are hereby repealed.
Made this 17th. day of Sya'aban, 1439 Hijriah corresponding to the 3rd. day of May, 2018.
